Glenn Suart
Hi, I'm Glenn
I help leaders and entrepreneurs turn their big ideas into thriving businesses. With a proven track record from helping hundreds of start-ups, I know what it takes to ignite innovation, secure funding, and create compelling brands.
Moreover, I share inspiring stories of everyday innovators who took action and achieved success through my daily "Today's Great Idea" radio series, which airs on major stations across Canada.
I'm not just a storyteller, though. As an instructor in Continuing Education at Mount Royal University, I teach practical courses in business administration, strategic innovation, and performance measurement.
And with my experience at PwC Consulting and in radio broadcasting, I bring a unique blend of business acumen and communication skills to the table.
My educational background includes a Physics degree from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Ivey School of Business at Western University, giving me a solid foundation in both the sciences and business.

Doug Ross
Hi I'm Doug.
I'm a B2B, MedTech and Life Sciences specialist with a passion for innovation. strategic marketing and venture development. I've guided products from early stages to market success and worked with top client brands.
I mentor early stage CEOs through the Canadian Technology Accelerator, and elsewhere, on how to protect, gain traction for, and commercialize their ideas as well as on business model innovation and competitive differentiation.
I co-founded a SAAS company in the consumer space. I've held key roles at a multinational company, am a consultant for a boutique strategy / leadership development firm with an A1 client list, and am active as a practicing entrepreneur and mentor.
I have an MBA from the University of Western Ontario and a BSc from the University of Alberta. I'm the author of "Spark Click Go: How to Bring Your Creative Business Idea to Life."
